Roca Mar Villas is located 20 minutes south of Jaco on the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It is an incredible 2 1/2 hour drive from
the International Airport in San Jose. Esterillos Oeste offers dark sand beaches, small fishing boats on the beach, green palm trees
overhanging the beach, a sea turtle preserve and a consistently good surf break with many other world class breaks within a few minutes
drive. This is truly a paradise.

Our Villa has:
1 large bedroom (queen size bed) and its own large bath.
A large living room with a full size custom futon and its own large bath.
We also have one inflatable queen size mattress with electric pump.

Hey Rick,

Got back in early this morning. The whole trip was amazing, thanks so
much for sharing your place. The villa really had everything, I can't
think of any necessary changes or additions. The TV didn't have a cable
that we could find, but watching TV wasn't important at all since there
were so many awesome things to be doing. Just a great place all around,
it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Alfredo was super-helpful
the whole time as well, we really appreciated his kindness. Everything
went smoothly, it was just an incredible experience from beginning to

We loved our trip and your condo, especially the roof top. We have never seen so many stars at night. Also great for checking out the
waves at 5am when the sun is already up. The care taker was very friendly and showed us how to correctly cut coconuts open to extract
the milk. Spent some time at Low Tide's, Used the grocery and ate one night at the local resturant, but Matt but wanted us to try
different places in Jaco each night and I never had so much good food.

This is definitely the most non-stoked I've been to be home from a vacation in my life. It's a really good life down there. Your place is
amazing and I really warmed up to Esterillos by the end. Seeing the same people around and getting to know them. Staying at your
place, it is obvious you guys have done a lot to make your guests comfortable. There were lots of little things and it was really obvious.

Your villa is tremendous! The grounds are very well maintained, the pool is resort quality and the roof deck puts you just feet from flocks
of Macaws when they fly by in the morning and afternoon. Add to all of this the quiet beach, which is just steps away from the front gate,
and you have a perfect vacation destination. Alfredo was great during our trip too. He picked fresh Mangos and even cut open coconuts
for us to drink out of! The guy is first class. He was especially helpful when he set up our ATV trip in Jaco. By the way, I don't know if you
have had the opportunity to take the Jagua Riders ATV Tour...but for $35/person for 2 hours, it was one of the best deals around. They
run you through rivers, up mountains, passed waterfalls, and point out wildlife, etc. Sure, I ruined a pair of kakis...but what the hell...they
were old anyway! HAHAHAHHAHAHA! Additionally, Marlon provided great transportation support. We enjoyed speaking with him about
subjects of all types on our rides around Costa Rica. He clued us in on where to go, and was extremely reliable on picking us up, even at
3:30 a.m. to catch the early flight home. All in all, I would recommend your villa to anyone looking for a great vacation! We stayed for a week,
and you were right, it still wasn't enough time for us to do everything we wanted! Thanks go to you and Ginny for helping make our
honeymoon everything we had hoped!

In the way of improvements, I can't recommend much. But, all in all, you had everything we needed to cook, clean clothes, watch movies,
etc. I wouldn't sweat the cable TV much...it wouldn't have done us much good since we don't speak Spanish. I am still blown away by the
trip...thanks for having us!

PS- I watched the Step into the Liquid movie, and immediately wanted to surf afterwards! I didn't pull the trigger on that though, once Becky
told me how much your boards cost...yikes!
